Creates a new credential for the specified partner.

The request body for this endpoint is dynamic and depends on the partnerId. To determine the required fields for a specific partner, first make a request to the GET /credentials/{partnerId}/meta endpoint. That endpoint will return the schema and fields necessary to create the credential.
